Terms

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all parts of The Pineapple Club: profiles, messages, photos, guest lists, tickets, online interaction and events.

Terms and conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Identity

The Pineapple Club (also: TPC or Pineapple Club) is part of Onesec B.V., based at Verdunplein 17, 5627 SZ Eindhoven, KvK 88897605.

2. Services

The Pineapple Club offers a private, stylish and open-minded lifestyle community for people aged 21 and over. Members create a profile, communicate with other members and buy tickets for events based on availability.

3. The app

The Pineapple Club will also become available as an app via the App Store and Google Play. Once it is, alongside these terms, the relevant store's terms will also apply, i.e. the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service respectively; in the event of a conflict regarding the purchase transaction itself, those store terms take precedence. For iOS we use Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA); we do not maintain a separate, deviating licence agreement of our own.

4. Membership and admission

You sign up and get an account on the platform right away, with no review. Access to the platform doesn't grant automatic access to every Space: individual Spaces can set their own, additional admission criteria, and may reject, hold, or request additional verification for an application to that Space without giving a reason. Admission to a Space is never guaranteed.

5. Profiles and accounts

Accounts are strictly personal. You may not create multiple accounts, transfer an account, or use an account on someone else's behalf without prior consent. You can link your account to an Apple or Google account (Sign in with Apple/Google); you are responsible yourself for the security of that linked account.

6. Conduct and code of conduct

Members are required to comply with the code of conduct, house rules and community rules. Violations may result in a warning, limited functionality, temporary suspension, termination of account or membership, refusal of event access, or removal from the community.

7. Content and messages

You are solely responsible for all content, messages, photos and profile information you post or upload. The Pineapple Club may remove, restrict or investigate content that violates the law, these terms or community rules.

8. Reports

You can submit reports via the contact form, the report button on a profile or message, or by email. Reports are processed in a semi-automated way; AI may provide an assessment or advice, but the final decision is always made by a human.

9. Digital Services Act and moderation

Where applicable, we provide mechanisms to report illegal content, profiles or messages. Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, functionality restrictions, suspension, termination of your account, refusal of event access, or reporting to authorities where necessary or legally required.

10. Limited access following a measure

If an account is restricted, suspended or terminated, limited access may remain available for support, objections, complaint handling, administrative processing and privacy requests. Normal community functions are not available in that case.

11. Trusted flaggers

Trusted flaggers are officially recognised organisations with expertise in detecting and reporting illegal online content. Their reports are given priority where legally required.

12. No advertising and no recommendations

The Pineapple Club does not show third-party advertisements and does not use a recommendation system for profiles, members, messages or events. If this changes, we will update these terms and the platform information accordingly.

13. DSA oversight in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, the Authority for Consumers & Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), among others, supervise compliance with the Digital Services Act. For notices and questions under the Digital Services Act, contact is our designated electronic point of contact, reachable in Dutch and English.

14. Events and tickets

You can buy tickets based on availability, once you've created an account. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. We may check your name, account, profile photo and/or ID upon entry. Access may be refused in cases of misuse, incorrect information, violation of house rules, unwanted behaviour or safety risks.

15. Cancellation, refunds and goodwill

No refund policy applies to purchased tickets, packages, hotel options, credits, vouchers, drink tokens and other stored value. Purchases are final, unless legally required or otherwise agreed in writing. Memberships are covered by the right of withdrawal in article 17. We may voluntarily consider a solution, such as a voucher, but this creates no right to a refund or compensation. Goodwill decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and set no precedent. If you purchase via an in-app purchase in the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled through Apple's or Google's own refund policy respectively, not directly through us.

16. Credits, stored value and drink tokens

Credits, vouchers, stored value and purchased drink tokens are not exchangeable for money and are not refunded, unless legally required or otherwise agreed in writing. Purchased drink tokens are valid only during the specific event for which they were purchased, unless stated otherwise.

17. Right of withdrawal and automatic renewal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. For direct access to the platform, we ask for explicit consent; if you withdraw within 14 days of access starting, we may charge a reasonable, proportional amount for the period used, with the remainder refunded. This also applies to a subscription taken out via the App Store or Google Play.

A paid membership (Ambassador or Inner Circle) automatically renews for the same period. You can cancel this membership digitally at any time; if you cancel before the next renewal date, it will not continue after the current period. If the renewal has already been processed at the time of cancellation, the payment obligation for that new period has already arisen; no refund is given for this.

18. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. You remain responsible for information you share with others.

19. Imagery and discretion

Taking or sharing photos, videos, screenshots or recordings of members, conversations, profiles or events is only permitted with prior consent from the people involved. Recognisable imagery is not used publicly without consent, unless legally justified.

20. Intellectual property

All rights to the name, branding, website, texts, photos, videos, designs, event concepts and materials of The Pineapple Club belong to The Pineapple Club or its licensors.

21. Liability

We do our best to offer a safe, reliable community, but are not responsible for the conduct, statements or actions of members or third parties. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

22. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to fulfil an obligation if this is the result of force majeure, such as government measures, extreme weather, strikes, fire, or the failure of a venue or supplier beyond our control. If force majeure affects an event, we will inform you as soon as possible and the same goodwill policy applies as for a cancellation on our part.

23. Changes

We may change these terms. In the event of significant changes, we will inform members via the platform or by email. Members who disagree with this may terminate their membership.

24. Complaints, reports and contact

Complaints, questions, reports, privacy requests and objections can be addressed to contact. We handle complaints within a reasonable period. If we cannot resolve things together, as a consumer within the EU you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

25. Applicable law and competent court

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will, to the extent legally permitted, be submitted to the District Court of Oost-Brabant, location 's-Hertogenbosch. Consumer rights remain fully in force.
