The story
What began with one night grew into a community.
The Pineapple Club is a Dutch platform with several private Spaces for open-minded couples and singles 21 and older. Each Space, such as The Pineapple Club or HER HOUSE, sets its own requirements for who can join, from target audience and age limit to the access and verification model.
It started in 2025 with a conversation after a night out. The music was right, the people were fun, but something was missing: attention. To the atmosphere, to who was there that night, to how a night should feel from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. So we built it ourselves: a private community where energy, respect and mindset carry just as much weight as who you bring.
What began as a community is now growing into a platform. The ambition isn't to keep people online longer. Technology should make it easier to find the right people and communities, and then actually meet each other in real life. That's why events keep playing a central role.
Founded in 2025 in Eindhoven, now 700+ members, with Bar Dates and Club Night editions in Utrecht, 's-Hertogenbosch, Breda and Amsterdam, soon joined by The Hague, and we're expanding further to new cities. The Pineapple Club was founded by Shandor and Lin, with Linksvoor and ninsianna among the regular hosts within the community.
