Our position
The Pineapple Club (TPC) is a private platform for open-minded couples and singles aged 21 and over; access is strictly age-gated and verified both at sign-up and again at the door of every event. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) has nothing to do with our audience, but we take our responsibility as a platform with member-generated content just as seriously as any other: we prohibit CSAE without exception, across profiles, messages, photos, timeline posts, and every other place members can post content. This is also reflected in our code of conduct and terms of service.
How to report a concern
You can report a concern without leaving the app, both in the member platform (app.pineappleclub.nl and the mobile app) and on this website:
- In the app: use the report feature on a profile, message, post, comment, or Space to pick a reason and add details if you like. Reports go straight to our moderation team.
- By email: contact@pineappleclub.nl, whether or not you're a member yourself.
Every report is handled as a priority; for reports in general we aim to respond within 24 hours, and CSAE-related reports are treated with the highest urgency.
What we do when we receive a report
As soon as we become aware of suspected CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) on our platform, we remove it immediately and close the account involved. Where legally required or relevant, we report confirmed cases to the appropriate authority — in the Netherlands, to Offlimits (the reporting hotline run by EOKM) and/or the police. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
