For event organizers
Your night. Our platform. Your rules.
Bring your events to The Pineapple Club. You get your own Space where you decide who gets in, you link your own ticket page, and your audience stays together between events. €149.95 per year, your first event is free.
An audience that plans, books, and actually shows up.
The offer at a glance
What you get when you organize here.
An audience that shows up
700+ members. People with a calendar, a budget, and the habit of actually going once they say yes.
Your own Space
A dedicated space within the platform. You decide who joins it and which rules apply.
Targeted, not broad
Filter by Space, age, party type, and city. And whoever attends events similar to yours runs into yours too, on their own.
Between your events
Your audience doesn't disappear afterward.
Whether you're planning your first night or your fifteenth: the hard part is rarely the party itself. It's the audience. Just starting out, you have to build it from zero. Been doing this for a while, it falls apart again after every night and you're mostly starting over for your next date.
Here, those people stay together. They're in the same Space, they see each other in the calendar, they talk in the chat.
Just starting out, you step into an audience that already exists. Been doing this for years, you don't have to round everyone up again every single time.
Related events
Whoever likes event A ends up at yours.
Our members rarely stick to one type of night. The platform draws those connections for them. We match your event to other events on music, venue, and region, and on every other detail attached to your night.
We also look a step further: at who actually turns up to an event. If a group of members keeps ending up at the same kind of night, your event lands on their radar too, even if they've never seen you before.
That gets you new audience without an ad budget. And it works both ways: your visitors discover what others are doing too. That keeps them active in the weeks you're not organizing anything, and active members are the members who show up again for your next date.
Your own Space
Your own door, and you hold the key.
Every organization gets its own Space. That's more than a page, it's the fixed circle around your events.
- You decide who gets inRequests land with you. You approve, you decline, you remove, without the club stepping in.
- We build the tools, you fill them inAge limit, entry requirements, who your Space is for, house rules, and the buttons to block and report. We build the frame; what goes in it is up to you.
- Your house rules sit at the doorVisible before anyone joins, so everyone knows what they're signing up for, and you have less to explain afterward.
- You reach the right peopleShow your event to your own Space, or widen it to age, party type, or city. Far more targeted than an ad.
- We stay out of itWe only enforce the floor that applies to the whole platform: 21+, respect, and no explicit imagery.
What we don't do: we don't approach your members with other organizers' offers, we don't sell on your guest list, and we don't ask for exclusivity. Feel free to publish elsewhere too.
The chat
You're right there in the conversation.
Every event has its own chat, and you're in it. Questions beforehand get answered right away, practical stuff gets shared on the day itself, and the conversation keeps going a bit after.
That does two things: people who've already talked to each other actually show up, and you're not a name on a flyer but someone they know.
Tickets
Sales stay yours.
You link a direct ticket URL to your event. Visitors go straight from the event screen to your own ticket page. We're not in the middle, we take no cut of your ticket sales, and you keep your own checkout and your own customer data.
Tip: add a UTM link. Tag your ticket link with a UTM parameter, for example:
?utm_source=pineappleclub&utm_medium=calendar&utm_campaign=<your-event-name>
Then you'll see in your own stats exactly how many visitors and ticket sales came from us. Use a different utm_medium for the newsletter (newsletter) than for the calendar (calendar), so you know which channel did the work.
What you get back
You know how it went.
No dashboard full of graphs nobody reads. Just the numbers that are actually useful, from your very first event:
- How many members responded to your event, split across going, maybe, and not going
- How many members viewed your event
- How your Space is growing: how many people applied and how many you let in
All at group level. You get no names, email addresses, or profiles of our members, unless they hand those to you themselves through your ticket page.
Want to know more about what your event earns in sales? That UTM link above does the work in your own environment.
The monthly event newsletter
A mail goes out on the last day of the month.
Once a month we send an overview of everything coming up to over 2,100 inboxes, more people than are actually on the platform. That mail goes out on the last day of the month. If your event is in the calendar, it's in that mail, no extra effort and no extra cost.
So make sure your date is in before that last day. Whatever isn't, waits a month.
The Business Account
One rate, no surprises after that.
Organizing with The Pineapple Club runs through a Business Account. That's deliberately paid: it keeps the calendar clean and makes sure the organizations listed here actually put in the work. Our members notice the difference, and so will you.

FAQ
Still have questions?
What does it cost?
€149.95 per year, excluding VAT. No setup fee, and your first event is free. Our first twenty-five partners pay €99 per year and keep that price. A second Space costs €69 per year.
Do you take a cut of my ticket sales?
No. You sell through your own ticket link and we take nothing from it.
What happens after a year?
It renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. No months-long notice period.
How many events can I list?
As many as you organize. The fee is on your account, not per event.
Do I have to publish exclusively with you?
No. Publish wherever you want.
Who decides on access to my Space?
You do. We provide the settings, you configure them. We only enforce the rules that apply platform-wide.
Do I get the data of who signs up?
No, you get group-level numbers. Whoever buys through your ticket link does land in your own system, though.
This is my first time organizing. Is that a problem?
No. We look at what you want to build, not how many editions you have behind you.
I only organize a few times a year. Is that fine?
Yes. Your Space just stays in place between events, that's exactly what it's for.
